Allegheny County is the second most populous county in the state with approximately 1,250,578.25. The 730 square miles is an academic, economic and cultural hub. The workforce of Allegheny County transitioned from heavy industry to more specialized industries and service providers, including high technology, health care, education and finance.

Pittsburgh is the seat of Allegheny County. It is the second largest city in Pennsylvania with a population of 300,286 citizens. Pittsburgh consistently ranks as one of the best places to live in the U.S. The city offers top-notch health care facilities, major colleges and universities, cultural attractions and an affordable standard of living. Pittsburgh is a vibrant, mid-sized city that has the feel of a small town. 

East End  of Pittsburgh has gone through a dramatic transformation in the past few years.
